Due to the prospect of ice and snow this afternoon and evening, Bruen Chapel will offer the ashes during our Sunday service instead of today. Sorry for the inconvenience. Ash Wednesday is an opportunity to receive ashes in the sign of the cross as a reminder of our mortal nature, but we did not want anyone to fall or get hurt or really prove their mortal nature while coming to the service.
