We have handed out Real Discipleship Surveys to many of you in advance of our charge conference meeting on Saturday, but here is the Real Discipleship Survey as a PDF. This assessment will help frame our discussions for how the church can best support our spiritual growth and discipleship in the year ahead. Jesus meets us right where we are, and your answers will inform where we focus our discipleship efforts.
The survey is easy to do once you understand the logic. Select the answer in each of the six color categories that best describes you (i.e., look at the four blue “life of worship” squares and then select the statement that matches you). Each color category corresponds to an aspect of discipleship, and each answer indicates where you are exploring, beginning, growing, or maturing as you see on page 2.
